These Terms of Service govern use of theclonevaultshop.com and purchases made directly from The Clone Vault. Please review them before ordering. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

1. About The Clone Vault

The Clone Vault is an independent reseller of genuine LEGO minifigures and sealed sets. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the LEGO Group, Lucasfilm, or Disney. LEGO and Star Wars names and related trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products offered. Our online store is hosted by Shopify; purchases from this website are made with The Clone Vault.

2. Orders and customer information

You must be of legal age to enter into a purchase agreement, or have a parent or legal guardian place the order on your behalf. Provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information, and use only payment methods you are authorized to use. Contact us promptly if you notice an error in your order or shipping address. Changes may not be possible once fulfillment has begun.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We may decline or cancel an order because an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, a material listing error occurred, or we reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful activity. We will notify you and refund any payment collected for items we cancel. We will not substitute an item or increase an agreed price without your consent.

3. Product descriptions and collectible condition

Review the product description, included accessories, and any condition disclosures before purchasing. A catalog number identifies a minifigure or product version; it does not mean the original set, retail packaging, display stand, or every accessory is included unless the listing says so.

Minifigure photos may be representative unless the listing states that the exact pictured item is being sold. The supplied figure must still match the listed identity, included parts, and described condition. Sealed-set listings show the actual item unless expressly stated otherwise. Factory sealed describes the status of the seals and does not guarantee a flawless outer box; any disclosed box wear forms part of the listing. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear.

We aim to describe items accurately. These terms do not excuse an incorrect item, missing listed component, undisclosed defect, or other failure to meet the product description. Contact us if something is wrong.

4. Prices, payment, and promotions

Prices are in U.S. dollars unless the checkout expressly states otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Prices and availability may change for future purchases. Discounts are subject to their stated eligibility, dates, exclusions, and combination rules. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you authorize; contact us before completing an order if a discount or total appears incorrect.

We may correct website errors. If an error materially affects an order already placed, we will contact you to agree on a resolution or cancel and refund the affected items, subject to applicable law.

5. Shipping and delivery

We currently ship within the United States using USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping charges and other details are described in our Shipping Policy. Carrier delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Damage occurring during USPS transit is handled through the USPS insurance claims process described in our Return and Refund Policy. Keep damaged items and all packaging for possible inspection, and contact us for available supporting documentation. This process does not limit remedies we are required to provide by law or excuse our own errors.

6. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these terms. It provides a 30-day return-request window for eligible items, customer-paid shipping for standard returns, and condition requirements for minifigures and sealed sets. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable for standard returns. Cancellation requests must reach us before shipment and before fulfillment can no longer be stopped.

Purchases made on Whatnot are subject to that platform's applicable terms and support procedures. This website policy does not replace Whatnot's buyer protections or return process.

7. Appropriate use of the website

Do not use the site for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, malware distribution, harassment, or interference with its operation. Do not impersonate another person or submit false order, payment, or return information. We may restrict access to protect the store and other customers where permitted by law.

Our original website text, branding, and photographs may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where applicable law permits. Third-party product names, trademarks, and other materials remain the property of their owners.

8. Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Payment providers and other linked third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control third-party websites or guarantee uninterrupted website access. If a technical problem affects an order, contact us so we can investigate.

9. Consumer rights and resolving concerns

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer protections or limits liability where the law does not allow it. Please contact us first about an order or website concern so we can work toward a resolution. These terms are governed by Pennsylvania law and applicable United States federal law, without depriving consumers of protections that apply where they live.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Updates apply prospectively and do not retroactively reduce rights associated with an existing order. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
